300poundcountdown:

First off, thank you all for signing up!I’ll post a list of the registered blogs later.
This weeks challenge is just a simple one.
The person who travels the furthest on foot at a WORKOUT pace.(Unless you’ve previously discussed with me the exercise you’re doing. Please note that if you’re swimming or cycling you will not be able to win just out of fairness to everyone.)
So walking to the car or walking to the fridge doesn’t count. It has to be at a pace intended for working out.
So. I want to know your DISTANCE travelled this time next week(in kms preferably). Not how fast you went. Not how often you did it.The distance travelled.
Remember the winner gets a solo promo and a spot on my blog for the week following the challenge.
I’ll just say now that there are around 70 people registered! So it’s stiff competition so get out there and run!
Feel free to ask questions. :)
